Put in your model# and a page will come up with all the drivers available for that model. Download the driver pack to My Documents hp files, ( Make this folder) Before installing go to my computer right click icon, properties, hardware manager or device manager fine the object your looking for then right click on it then again properties and hit driver tab. Un-install driver for this Peripheral, then go back to my docs and load the file you just downloaded. This will reload factory set drivers for this media card reader. Hope this helps.
